Welcome to the GrapeCraft Wine Academy, a coalition of wine professionals based in Sonoma County, California providing innovative education to wine lovers of every stripe.

We offer short classes the general public and professionals that condense complex topics into their essentials.  Our classes are efficient and information-packed, but with an emphasis on interactive fun. 

To a complete novice, we can tell you all you really need to know about wine in a two hour session that introduces the 16 popular wine types. We train restaurant staffs on the principles of wine service and the uses of the wines on their list for the various customer types.  For the expert, we might explore the communes of Northern Burgundy and the styles of different negotiants.  For winemakers at every level, we also condense the essentials of an enology degree into a single weekend.

In December, we are offering a Wine and Music Workshop free to participants of the 2016 Postmodern Wine Making Symposium and available to the public for $30. DETAILS HERE
