WineSmith's New Jersey Spring Wine Tasting Event May 17, 2019 at 7:00 - 8:30 PM
I'm teaching my WInemaking Fundamentals short course at Rutgers and doing a little consulting in NY and NJ. I'm staying in Clifton, NJ (10 miles east of NYC) Friday May 17th, so I thought it would be fun to stage a tasting of recent releases (Sparkling Brut Zero Grenache, and Two Jakes '10 Roman Reserve, WineSmith '10 Cabernet Franc, '13 Meritage) and barrel samples (Petit Manseng, St. Laurent,Norton, Mereitage, and a wonderful port style named "Any Gorilla").
I'll open a dozen or so of my latest forgeries and oddities and discuss the ins and out of postmodern winemaking. The Kitch, Little Falls, NJ. Wine Tasting, and dinner is $50 per person including tax and gratuity. Meal options include a choice of three salads, three pastas, four entries, coffee, tea, soft drinks and dessert. Please
I invite you to share in this unique experience of tasting, learning, and meeting other like -minded wine geeks.
Bring along your copy of Postmodern Winemaking for Clark to sign.
We hope you will join us. Please forward this email to friends and associates you think might be interested.
